HealthPal (Tailored Talks) information-sharing product was developed with Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland and clinicians at NHS Lothian, and has been used to support long term conditions like stoke and Long COVID.
It enables clinicians to share personalised information with patients, in the format of accessible, easy-to-digest slide presentations that can be easily tailored to include only the information that’s relevant to the individual.
HealthPal is the upgraded, AI enabled, version of the application merging calendar functionality, chat functions and information sharing. This project is in the early stages of development.
